Thanks in advance for all answers, So i was wondering if there was any way to stop the blow-back from happening so that i have to manually cock the bolt back every time i want to shoot it?

Sounds like you have the wrong marker.  The 98C is a semi-auto.  What you are looking for is a SL68-II pump.
