I just bought and installed the X-7 E-grip on my x7, but the location of the gasline elbow on the trigger is too far for the gasline on my gun to connect into. What can I do about this? Is there some simple solution that I am missing?

Welcome to the forum. It's different than your stock grip and elbow? Weird. Gotta pic? You could just switch over to macro and cut the line to fit. Macroline is easy to work with and is much more durable than steel braided hose.

I don't have a camera on me, but the elbow is located right next to the intake threads, and located on the right side of the grip rath than underneath. Is it possible to switch the stock grip elbow/c02 intake piece of the trigger with the e-grip one?

It bolts to the bottom of the grip, right? As long as the threads are the same size, sure, you should be able to do that. Those fittings can be difficult to remove sometimes, though. Use a rag or something so you don't scratch 'em all up. BTW, it is steel braid right, not macro? If it's macro, just buy a $2 piece of hose and cut it to fit. |
