SFT was decent. Didn't chop too much if you kept it clean.

Eyes had a tendency to mess up anyway.

I stood by my shockers until I started shooting Matrices.
Que pasa?

Well, can't really compare an 07 marker to markers dating, at the latest, 2005 (?). But my beef with Shockers really just came from SP. SFT is a complete bs marker. I shot a few and all had a sloppy trigger feel, and lacked in efficiency. I really couldn't see how SP advertised it as a high-end. The only way they kept up with the competition was in the size and speed category. They were smaller than most markers (aside from AGD) and had a decent enough board. But they chopped like hell because they used "vision" instead of BB. NXT fixed all those problems, but not enough to beat the current high-end competition. Hell, with the introduction of the Mini and such, I'm surprised they haven't been dropped into the mid-end category.

What? The only real differences between guns over $600 is milling, operation style, and ease of maintenance. As long as the owner know how to maintain the gun, then the difference in performance is negligible.

Then there's the out-of-the-box factor and efficiency aswell. Like I said, the NXT corrected many of the SFT flaws. But they still were not as efficient as current spool markers such as the DM7 and Q7. More so, they still hold some minor flaws such as they still didn't change the threads over to A/C, nor slap on a Q-lock feedneck to the consumer some bucks.

The only real difference with the NXT and SFT is the breakbeam eyes, other than that the gun remains fairly unchanged.
