Maybe a little inspiration for someone

The before picture I did literally in a couple minutes, freehand just to break up the profile a bit. The after pic was from using a paintball buddie's vinyl cutouts (from his sign shop) to put down sticky woodland-style shapes and then spray, for each color. Kind of like the method used in this tutorial.

I used four colors. Instead of the standard three color woodland print. I like it that way heh

This is what it looks like now "in the field," with a couple rails, a red dot scope, Noveske sound amplifier, 16" rifled barrel and bipod. Love that "worn" look.

Definitely like the "after" better. Nice job.

Decent looking gun.

At least your gun kind of matches the surroundings.

They usually don't when they're made "camouflage"
Que pasa?

a Bossman mag painted to match gun would accent it nicely.

I agree to a point..although I would definitely only paint the magazine well, and leave the mag unpainted.

Looks pretty sweet as is though. Great pictures!

Ive never liked 98 M16/M4 jobs. The gun just doesnt fit it.

But good work on the paintjob and the parts. Its about as good as it can be, limited by the complete unfitness of the 98 to milsim these types.
