Shockers aren't bad at all. True they eat air stock, but that's why I put a $90 Freeflow bolt in it, and it get's double the efficency. That's the only upgrade the gun really needs. The stock vision works fine, I never chopped, but if you get the Dynasty board it has new eye logic where the eye has a beam that must be penetrated for it to shoot, rather than the reflective style the stock vision uses.

O yea they're SOO great that you needed to add a $90 bolt and you need to add a new board. Funny thing is with good highend guns you don't really have to add any thing. Notice you don't see a bunch of add-ons to Angels, Timmys, Cyborgs and other good quality electro guns.

Ok, so Jeep added $90 to his $800 gun to make it 'good.'

You payed $1400 for your gun, and you ddin't have to upgrade your bolt. Good for you!

edit: scarface22 sounds a lot like impyking

Even though Im trashing Impys and he loved them, from what I heard. My point is that if it really was a good gun you wouldn't have to add anything. Also as I said already Shockers still use the trashy swiss cheese aluminum that SP is known for and it still uses the trashy SP vision that only works half the time. SP makwes good barrels but thier guns are poop.

What do you mean by swiss cheese aluminum, last I checked, when I dive with my gun out, it's fine. And my vision has NEVER chopped a ball. Ever. But I guess that's crappy. And I never said you had to add a new board, that was just an option. Much like a Timmy, you don't need WAS or Frenzy or any other board, but people go for them anyways. To make them better.

But whatever, my gun's never chopped, smaller, lighter, just as fast, just as efficent, and costs less. I'm fine with that.

i have an IMP with a WAS board. ill give u my likes and dislikes about it

likes:
1. shoots ropes with the WAS board and a halo
2. can keep up with higher end guns
3. doesnt chop with the WAS board
4. relatively low maintainance
5. highly upgradable
6.... wait there is no six never mind

dislikes:
1. when shooting fast, the shots dont all sound the same (some shots sound "ugly") so it kinda makes u not like the way it shoots
2. HELLA heavy
3. Tall
4. needs a couple of ups to actually shoot nice
5. made by smart parts
6. doesnt look the best
7. ugly pink jewel in the corner of the body
8. not too accurate (the progressive barrel)
9. high fluxuation over the chrono even after extensive regulator and part lubrication (on a good day i get +-5 to 10 fps but on a bad day i get like +-20)
10. LOW RESALE VALUE!!!- no one wants them which makes it very hard to sell or trade them unless they are heavily upped and not stock bodied
11. they have a bad reputation- also makes them hard to sell.. which ur gonna do eventually
12. non-stock bodies imps cost a lot- might as well just get a timmy

as u can see there are more dislikes. they are OK guns but i hate it compared to my timmy. i am in the process of trading mine for an angel which im going to sell and get a dmfizzle

Bushy are good mid level guns. You can get one with PDS for a good price, and you'll be happy with it.

Just got back from the World Cup and reffed the Shocktech field and saw none 1 Bushy lol. Saw plenty of those Swiss cheese Imps and Shockers all day lol. Saw plenty of DM4's, E-Cockers and Timmys as well but sry......no Bushy's at all. I wonder why? I specifically looked for them cuz I was thinking of the ICD enthusists on this site pondering that there may have been a possibility of seeing a few but not so the case. ICD didn't even have a vendor tent up yet if they planned to have one anyways, who knows? Sound like slackers if you ask me. Smart Parts had a gigantic display area. Smart Parts girls will be there signing posters starting Wednesday. People must really eat that Swiss cheese up big time for some reason.
