1. Stutters about every 10 shots
2. The cyclone system jams everytime I shoot it using co2, can hand pump it fine. When taken apart, the black arm that is inside of the piston is al the way out where its supposed to be if u hand pump it, but it wont budge unless force is applied either to the clear plastic thing, twards the piston, or on the actuall part that carries the balls.
3. GAS HOG. MAYBE 100 shots from a 12 Oz. When I first screw the tank in and dry fire, Co2 leaks out of the hopper, tombstone, and inbetween the trigger and grip up at the top where it pivots. Tons of flakes of co2 everywhere, huge clouds of co2 coming out of the barrel, even when the velocity screw is all the way screwed in (Does the velocity screw decrease the amount of co2 that comes out of the tank when u pull the trigger, or just block it?)
4. Co2 Hiss, I think it's near the tombstone, but I cant exactly locate it...

Call tippmann, chances are you need a new ratchet for the cyclone.

Edit, after reading the rest of it, just send the whole gun to tippmann.

If I were you, I'd try to fix it, then get frustrated, sweat, totally get pissed off and curse at it, then throw it at the ground then slip, then it would hit the window

Just send it to Tippmann

My new baby :-P

I see you have an E-Grip.  If you are putting a 12oz directly into the gun with no x-chamber, and then unloading with your E-Grip (full auto?) I would expect all the problems you are describing.

You might try a bigger tank and a remote/x-chamber/regulator, or better yet, nitro.

I would suggest you borrow a nitro tank and see if your problems persist.

Run some oil through it, that may solve your leaking problem.

you know what they say ^^^ putting oil in the asa is a poor excuse of the real thing you should realy oil it up properly

1-2 drop's in internals,1 drop rubbed around the oring on the gas tank and 1 drop in other parts ect.cyclone, trigger mechanism and maybe 1 in the other moving parts(cocking handle)

I have a similar problem...i though i needed new o-rings and changed them all!...and cleaned and oiled everything back up...my cyclone still randomly stops working...i will shoot for a will and then stop, i have tried changing tanks, cleaning it, pretty much all the basic maintenance you can think of, it still fires if you hand pump the piston with no problem, so if anybody can help me out would be nice!

Kyle,
Have you opened up your cyclone before?  The ratchets inside of them break pretty easy.  Do you have any leaks?
