Tippmann Pro Custom

This looks real nice, but what is it. I knoiw it is an upgraded version of the 98c but what is different about it? What does it come with?

I would suggest going to a site like www.countypaintball.com or www.paintballgear.com and checking them out. The product descriptions pretty much say it all. You could also go to www.pbreview.com to get the description and some reviews. So far it has received quite a few good reviews and I'm going to buy one sometime this year (hopefully soon). My opinion of it is that it's a 98c that comes stock with the most common upgrades that people have done to their 98's. Things like a new barrel, drop forward, double trigger, polished internals, etc. Many people have done those mods to a 98c and tippmann does that to the custom pro. You can get a regular custom pro which is a 98c with those things and more or you can get the custom pro E which is the electronic version of it. I think they also sell them with the RT. The electro kit is capped at 17 bps which sucks because they'd probably get more sales with a higher cap. I got to mess with one at the spring game at west point and the stock trigger setup isn't great but with a new spring and a shortened pull you'll be able to rip like crazy with that gun. I was probably able to get to around 10 bps with the stock trigger so I'm fairly confident that I can hit at least 12 after mods. There are also different firing modes to mess with which is cool. The turbo mode almost guarantees you the full 15 bps, I think it works similar to ramping. It would be cool to see a new board come out for it to allow higher ROF just to see what it's capable of.
