I just got a check it mini sniper that I purchased off ebay. Never had an autococker before so I am not sure what the problem could be but when I go to fire the marker the ball goes like 5 feet. I tried turning the velocity up, that wasn't the issue. Is it a problem with the reg? If it is what can I do to fix it. Thanks.

Check and make sure the bolt isn't in upside down.

Well, the most common cure of the "5 foot shot" symptom is the bolt. If it's not the bolt, try messing with the IVG and reg. It's a Sniper, so there are only so many options.

I took the gun apart checked everything. It all seems to be in working order. So I took the reg off and put on a twelve gram adapter directly into the gun where the reg was. I gassed it up and it still only shoots five feet. Any other suggestions?

Did you turn in the IVG (the velocity adjuster in the back)?
And are you 100% positive the bolt isn't upside down? If it's not a Venturi, there will be a hole on the bolt, about 3/4 the way from the back. This hole must be face-down. This is REALLY sounding like a bolt issue... |
