   So this app is supposed to measure the velocity of a projectile using sound.   The idea is to input the horizontal distance from the muzzle to the target,  the horizontal distance from the mic on the phone to the muzzle,  and the vertical distance the phone mic is from the projectile flight path.  The results appear to be impressive on the demonstration video when compared to a traditional chrony.

I have a decent idea of the velocity of two of my markers so testing for accuracy should be in the ball park.   What really sparked this is that I plan to eventually make a mobile chrono station to test cl marker purchases prior to handing the cash over.  

I should have some kind of an idea if it works this weekend.
