Well actually yes. A short 3 inch barrel doesn't shoot as accurate as the standard 8-14 inch barrels... But it also doesn't necessarily mean that the longer the barrel the better because at the end of it all you are practically shooting a water balloon. So the rules don't apply as of compared to bullets. I play comfortably with 14 inch barrels. Anything longer than that and it's too bothersome. But I'm going to test the hammerhead dominator 14inch to see if they are good.
