Does the paint go into the breach properly? Does it fire correctly. Great job so far!

I will build an adapter for the painthose to let the balls reach the breach as smooth as possible !!!
If i had 2 A5 shells extra i would build a feed from under not from the side !!! (I still want to use my A5 if itīs not working right !) Itīs not testet under pressure cause i need to get a longer hose !!! (Iīm also out of air ! ) It should !!! Thanks !!! Spyder

That looks like a very workable idea. The cyclone should force feed the paint just fine; kind of like an on-demand Warp Feed or Q-Loader. Getting the correct length of feed tube/adapter will be critical as you need the balls to line up so the top one is waiting right at the edge of the breach, not half-way in or a little bit down.
This should actually have an advantage over the force feed systems I mentioned in that the balls in the tube are not under constant pressure. I can't comment on the Warp Feed, but with the Q-Loader the constant pressure will sometimes cause double feeding by pushing balls past the detents in Tippmann markers. Another advantage your system should have over the Q-loader is that it will not allow you to shoot the tube empty. When you do that with a Q-Loader (either because of the way the hose runs or by tipping the marker to get a few extra shots when needed) the rounds from the next ammo tube you attach have a tendency to go rushing in and break in the feed tube. Nicely done; keep us advised. |

This is very cool man. Might want to look into JB Weld or some two part epoxie next time less paintfull than fiberglass
You might want to see if you can get the R/T banjo fittings and lines. They allow for more airflow. Edited by Evil Elvis - 29 March 2012 at 11:49pm |
