Nitro's a gas, co2's a liquid. Nitro runs much smoother, more consistently, and won't freeze up. Most high end guns can't run on co2, it can damage boards/noids and such.

ya nitro is a gas and co2 is a liquid as jeep 98 custom said. also it runs smoother. its more money cuz most if not all nitro tanks have built in regulators, gauge(s), and the cost to produce and get hydro tested. i dont know about that last statement but those could b some reasons y the price difference.

Well considering Nitrogen is actualy "compressed air" it doesnt freeze. It also has a consistant level of force behind it. CO2 is a condensed, or liquified gas that is much dirtier. I found that CO2 will loose velocity when getting to the end of the tank, whereas the nitro tanks are good to the last shot! It's really a matter of preference and desire. The good and bad things kind of neutralize each other. As far as the price....until you learn how to make one, you'll usually pay someone else to make it for you, and people buy what they need, no matter what the price!

And if you come back, I'll shoot you again!
