i got my 1/8" pneumatics done for under $15 thanks to mcmaster-carr and countysports. minimal grinding required.

looks nice.
oh and btw, when I first saw the pictures, I thought to myself "wow, somone is gonna get some major hurt when they get hit" because the paint looks like real metal pellets

you are right, those balls do bear a slight resemblance to 11/16" (0.6875") chrome steel ball bearings.
(don't shoot anything but paintballs at anything living)

i know we have some like 13 year olds who come on here who would want to try this...

I've yet to see paint that looks like that...

yeah that cool...

and those deff are ball bearings... even gloss silver paint doesnt have a nickel/chrome finish like that...

dont damage anything... or more importantly anyone

not one of those things has ever left my gun at over 5 fps for 2 reasons...
1: i am responsibable
2: steel on aluminum = dead barrel

That thing looks awsome. For a sec. there I thought you had steel ball bearing in there for ammo. That would hurt like a b***h to get shot with, not to mention potentially lethal. But good thing there just paintballs.
