My Alpha Black [HELP]

Hey so I have alpha black. So my problem is the neck feeder that connects with the hopper when I want to take it off I know you have to press the button that releases it, but for some reason the release button is jammed. I was thinking to open it, but I’m afraid I’ll screw the whole gun up. So I just wanted your advice guys what to do.
