I have an Alpha Black Tactical with a few mods and it's an Awesome marker. I love everything about it. The other day I noticed a marker by BT called the Omega. It looks Identical to the Alpha Black Tactical and it even costs the exact same price. I was just curious if anyone has tried or owns both? And which one they think is a Better Overall marker? Also why do all the BT markers look almost Identical to the Tippmann markers? Thanks for you answers and comments.

Well, both markers above are modeled after the M4, so it would make sense that they look simliar. As for other similiarities, BT was started by a Ben Tippmann who was left Tippmann to start his own company and used a close design from what I understand. If you look at the Rip Clip, it is simliar to the cyclone, other than the fact it runs on batteries. Both BT and Tippmann build good quality markers.

The Alpha Black is perhaps one of my favorite Tippmann's ever made. With literally hundreds of ready available upgrades, to it's tought as nails 98 internals it's hard to find a better starter woodsball gun.
If your looking for a more Tactical Model with Rails for tactical accessories. Such as Tac Lights, Foregrips, red dots. The Project Salvo is your gun. |

I thought the Alpha Black was modeled on the M16 and the Project Bravo was modeled on the M4? I know that the M16 and the M4 are very very similar to one another. But what are the main differences between the two other than just cosmetic stuff?

m16 is and old riffle used in vietnam war, the m4 is the newer version (sort of) the m4 is in service right now, the ar 15 is almost the same just the civilians version.
