Won a 98 custom platinum on eBay, question?

Won a 98 custom platinum series on eBay for 55 bbucks shipped. I wasnt expecting to win and just thought if I get it I get it. So when I won it for only 50 bucks I was shocked. It came today but I don't have it in front of me. My dad sent me a picture. (I get everything shipped to my parents house). 

Anyway the eBay user never responded to any questions and I wasnt even expecting him to send it because it still says payment pending on the auction. It was listed as new but came in an unmarked box, no paper work, just the gun. I want to know if this market has the ACT. Is there a way to tell by serial number?

	Look inside the marker through the opening for the charging handle. If there is another spring above the main drive spring it is an ACT marker.
