I'm going paintballing tomorrow and the only oil I can find is silicone oil I use for my gas blowback airsoft gun. Seeing as all the stores are closed is silicon oil acceptable to use on the o-rings and other internal operations?

You should use the standard paintball oil as recommended by Tippmann. It will last longer on your orings.
