The first time I have used my Tippmann 98 a few times when I shot. It was like there was no air in it so I recocked it and shot but same. And it happened a good 5 times in a row then I shot and POW all the balls broke in my barrel. I went off the field and get a fill for my 9 oz. It didn't happen again. Maybe it was because I had low air. But once it happned when I had a 20 oz. with about 700 shots left in it. Probably just the air but let me know if this happened to anyone else.

its a low tank. but also when you screw in your co2, make sure its in all the way. if its not, the tank may come loose and the valve pin not engaged, giving you no pressure.

Welcome to the forum. The newer 98c will not recock after a shot every once in a while. Maybe once or twice a day if you play hard. I've been told its a common qwerk with them . Nobody has givin a definite cause or fix. Polishing internals and sear and also HPA help. If it happens more than once per occasion your air is low.

do you have a tank cover on the N2 tank?, cause if you do then
you dont have enough grip to tighten the tank in right, OR you
have a low pressure output nitrogen tank
Real guns have gills.
