How good is the SL68 II, because Im looking to buy one for a friend's birthday (he looks pumps) and I just wanted to know how good are they. Are they accurate? Are they durable? Are they gas hogs? Are they Heavy?

It depends, theres the Wal-mart $20 pump and then theres the high end more expensive than my first marker pumps too.
