So a couple months ago i bought a bko. I bought it as a backup to my Karni because had always had bad experiences with cockers. But the Karni is the best gun ive ever owned, ive only had one problem and that was with a fitting on the front pnumatics. Well i got a friend that got into paintball and for his first gun i talked him into giving him a 98 because it really is the best beginers gun. As he progressed i was taking parts off my old 98 and giving them to him. Well he got pretty damn good with the 98 so i thought id let him use my BKO that had only been used once before. So I get my spaire 68/3000 hook it up, turn on the unimount and the gun shoots very soft. So i adjust the reg's a little so its shooting aobut where it should be. We shoot thorough aobut half a pod of paint before the gun starts leaking like crazy from inside the body. I open up the gun take out the solonoid to see air is coming all out of it, i figured the solonoid is dead and now i need a new one for 65 bucks. This is why You shouldnt buy a BKO, it may sound good for the price but its really ugly when you see it in person, and there made up of cheap parts because thats all they can get for the money. So if your planning on getting a bko save up the extra 200 and get an impulse, spend 20 less and get the Ion, Or save up 800 and get the Karni.

And you didn't get laughed at for the BKO?
If you know what you're doing, having everyone laugh at you at first is the best way to go into a tournament. Once you manage to do very well in it, take at look at their faces afterwards (ignore the paint splatters). Edited by LordJovian |

ok heres how i think. BKO's are pretty cheap, and a-5's are
great. You will not get laughed at if you own an a-5 because
there reliable and with an e-grip, who would laugh. Also, if
soeone gets laughed at with an e-gripped a5, then why does team
tippmann use them? Ya thats what i thought buddy.
