Area51 Paintball Kommetjie proudly Presents:
THE NAVY S.W.A.T. CHALLENGE 2009

Friday     27th : Briefing and friendly gettogether at millitary Mess. Beers R5.00 Rabbit will give directions as to where this is.
Saturday 28th: 10H00 First team against team games start promptly.
                      18h00 End Day, Beers begin .
Sunday   29th: 10H00 First team against terrorists begins Promptly.
                      17H00 End Day 17h30 Prizes and beer drinking begins
Team against Team:
Teams will face of for 15 minutes against other teams trying to rack up as much score as possiable against other teams.
There will be a respawn for this game and unlimited ammo play for this game
Other teams may watch the games on Saturday while other teams are playing.


Team Against Terrorists:
Teams will have 15 minutes to clear a terrorist safe house wich will have innocent civillians in side
You will be able to respawn but on a buddie system only respawn time will be 30 sec for you and your buddy.
You will be only allowed 300 round at a time per pers in the building if you run out you may reload 300 outside the building but you will lose some points for this if you get shot trying to get out to reload this counts, if you get shot assisting a fallen comrade this counts and the buddie system comes into affect for both of you , this will be explained in more detail on friday night.
If you shoot innocent civies this will be negative points. Terrrist will not be able to respawn until the 12th minute of the game.
For each hostage that is freed you get points added to your score.
You will be facing 8 terrorists at all times. Teams who have not played yet may not observe the course of play until they have gone through. The only visual before going through will be your briefing map.


Rules for this arena from sat to sunday
1. Everyone will sign an indeminty form
2. Everyone will sign a code of conduct form: this form says that you will abide by the marshalls and officials rules, There will be no physical       viloence against any persons or marshalls, any breaking off these rules will be an imediate exit from the game and navy festival, there will be a lot of people waching us, so we do not want paintball shown in a negative light at all. this code of conduct will encompass all the rule placed here and any more brought up before the game.
3. No gas bottles or air bottles on markers unless in designated area there is no grey area for this at all
4. no firing weapons unless in designated area if you want to check if its working , go to the desiganted area, no grey area for this either
5. Be on time for your games (this means markers are ready to go and every thing is set up. you have chronoed and are witing to enter the building.
6. No Alcahol allowed
7. Barrel socks on at all times even if there is no gas bottle on (except demo markers)
8.Marshalls and officials will have last say and that is golden.
9. No family or friends in players area at all.
10. no brining of foriegn paint on to navy ground all paint to be bought on the day from the arena
11. all paint will be locked up at arena one of the other teams captians will have a seconary key as will one of the marshalls so they both have to be there to unlock the building, so there will be no excuse to bring paint to the arena. this will be further explained on Friday night.
12. all markers to be chronoed at 260 fps.
13 any pyro teq will be handled by marshalls only, any on caught throwning or using any form of pyro teq but the marshalls will be gone (we have no room for mistakes here guys.
14. Sunday everyone will be supplied with ear deffenders, you will wear these for your protection on sunday.
15. No markers to be carried around the festival while you are not playing. either to be locked up in cars or kept in players area unless you are playing.
16. Anyone caught shooting boats,buildings or throwing paintballs at boats and buildings will be proscuted by the navy and thrown out of the games.

1. SITUATION

a.   General. Local police have been monitoring suspected terrorist leader since his arrival in our country on the 5th of Jan. He has secured a wharehouse by a Shipping yard. Suspcions were aroused by late working hours, and locals have said that they have seen rifles and other weapons every now and then. Police monitoring the area took some pictures and sent them to Interpol and N.A.T.O. the info coming back has been alarming some of the suspects moving in and out of the building are on N.A.T.O.'s Hot list. The police have been keeping an eye on them for the last 2 months. Ports Authority have been notified to the fact that the police are only intrested when and if this group decide to leave the harbour. The President feels that when it comes time for intervention he would rather the militaries swift response teams to take point, and the police to fall into a supportive role. As of 08H45 11 of march 2009 I am putting all special operation teams on a 48hr stand too. All Weapons and tools to be checked and ready to go. Teams to report to respective Team leaders, and to be run through some refresher courses.

b.    Enemy. We know that most of the suspects have been trained at camps in Afghanistan and are either specialist in their respictive fields of operations and or having been fighting for the last  5years against N.A.T.O. forces in  Afghanistan. Don't be mistaken these are seasoned soldiers and believe in their cause. Enemy Morale is high.

c.   Friendly Forces The Navy has been alerted to the situtation have put to sea three strike boats under the guise of a training exercise.
They will be monitoring any and all ships coming into the harbour from a distance to keep suspicion down as we do not want to alert the suspects to our operations at this time. local police are keeping tabs on the comings and goings of the cell members.


2. MISSION

As it stands right now get all gear ready and teams ready to move. We will be the lead operators on this. We will be going in Fast and aggresive. We are wanting to take the head of this cell alive if possiable, And to secure any arms and ammunition. Mission will be updated when we have more intel. R.O.E.'s will be given at final briefing

3.      EXECUTION

This will also be updated as the intel comes in, But train for a normal house penatration.


4.      SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Local police will be in a support role for medivacs and closing down the area to stop anyone getting in or out.


5.       COMMAND AND SIGNALS

This will be at a team level and only myself will be the link to the police and the team as we do not want a high radio traffic. Team leaders will be in command on the ground.
