It is Semi as it is. RT Doesn't make the gun full auto, it just lets you shoot faster. The valve adjusts the amount of gas that pushes the trigger back to it's original position.

You can easily shoot between semi and full with an RT. For full you have to hold the trigger down and constantly adjust finger pressure which you automaticaly do if you have practice. It will not shoot full auto if you pull it and not adjust finger pressure enough. So for semi just dont hold down the trigger, and it will shoot like any other semi gun, but will automaticaly reset and youll be able to fire faster.
