if by shooting like a regular gun, you mean not as far, then look inside your barrel, can you see and feel the roughness inside ?  About how many rounds have gone through the barrel ?  If you have used it a lot, its possible that the sand blasting inside the barrell finally gave up and wore off, if this happened, then contact Tippmann, and then they will have you send the barrel to them so they can re-sand blast it, but that is if this is your problem, if your barrel looks fine, then I have no clue, paintballs maybe ?

Old trick i use... not sure if anyone has suggested this before cause im new around here but i guess ill throw it out there.....Did you happen to get any oil in the barrel? If So.....

#1: At home cleaning: If you have the means to take the barrel off then this is what to do. Take a small bottle and mix 50% water and 50% alchohol(90% isopropyl is suggested, it evaporates faster) and spray it in your barrel squeegie it through a couple times and then let it sit just to make sure its dry.

#2. Field Cleaning: Many people im sure around here know how hard it can be to field strip a tippmann that still has stock allen key bolts....one thing someone suggested was that you soak cotton swabs in the 50/50 water/alcohol mixture and bring them in a ziplock on the field... if u need to clear your barrel just take off your hopper, load the cotton swabs and shoot a couple times to clear it.....

Disclaimer: i have never tried shooting cotton swabs out of MY gun(this is just information referral) and do not endorse litter on a playing field... shoot at the ground and pick up after yourself....

Hope this helps

Well my flatline has all these lines going across the top of the barrel, does this mean the sand blasting is worn, there are all these little lines runing across the top
HAHAHA, i wipe
