I bought a J&J 16 inch barrel on Sunday from Firstcallpaintball.com. It arrived today and I decided to go put it on to test it out. I go grab my gun and loosen the nuts and take of my Flatline barrel. I then loosen the stock barrel from the barrel adapter and screw it out. I put the J&J in the barrel adaptet then screwed the barrel adapter into and locked it with the nuts. Now I go and hook my C02 up and I get an air leak. Right through the center of the barrel and out the end. A constant stream. I disconnected it brought it to my computer desk and disassembled the whole thing. Looked at all the 0-Rings and they all look fine. I reassembled it with the help of the schematics andput the J&J back on. There is still a leak. I then put my flatline back on and test it again. Still a leak although this time it is coming out of the cyclone feeder door that it feeds the balls through and not out the barrel.

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a leak in one of your valve o-rings, or the valve isn't seated right. Try cycling it a few times to see if it stops.

I also sometimes get a leak when I'm really low on air.

Cock the gun before you put on the gas. The drop 4 drops of oil into the ASA and cycle the gun without paint or the barrel 30-40 times. If an o-ring in you valve were screwed up it would be a slower leak.
