Durring a game my gun just started leaking hardcore out of the rear end cap.  I took it apart and nothing looks broken.  All O-rings look good.  I think it's the valve, which has a lifetime warranty according to the manual.  The valve doesn't look broken, but it's the only thing I can think of that would cause a leak in this area of the gun.  I went to the Tippmann site and saw that the company address is different than it is in the manual for my gun, and I also see that there is a "west coast service center," so I'm not sure where to ship the valve.  If anyone has any other ideas of what could cause this leak other than the valve I'd love to hear it.  Thanks.

Are you sure that the end cap was on tightly? If that cap is on tight and the o-ring is in good condition then it shouldn't leak at all. I would double check that and then call tippmann up and ask them where to send the valve if necessary.

It's probably just the o-ring on the back cap, put a new one back there, make sure it's screwed on tight, and it should be fine.

Ok, I'm back to post how I fixed the problem, even though it makes me look like a total dufuss.  The O-rings WERE the problem.  They were too big.  I got replacements at a hardware store, and the guy must have given me ones about 1 or 2 mm too big and I didn't notice.  They worked for a little while, but then quit.  I just went out to the hardware store and got some smaller ones (the regular size--I matched them to the ones on my tanks) and voila, it works like new.  I feel really stupid, but at least my gun works.
