hello..this is my first post..i hope i'm in the right place..

i just got the e-grip for my a-5 and when there is no air attached to my gun...and i pull the trigger it sounds fine. it clicks 3 times for the 3 at a time mode..it clicks real fast for the automatic mode..etc..but when i attach my 20oz to the gun..and shoot the gun it fires real slow...even though the clicking it still happening at what seems like the normal rate for whatever mode i'm in.... for example..if i'm in the automatic mode and my shoot...it fires like 1 bullet every 2 or 3 seconds (i'm holding the trigger down of course) but when i listen closing i hear the clicking going way faster than the balls are coming out.......any ideas on what i'm doing wrong? I tried adjusting the velocity screw just to see if that would help..but it didn't.

Maybe its youre cyclone feed ,have you oiled youre internals? if not search for it in this forum on the search button in the top right corner of the screen,or it could be low gas ?,Trigger mechanism.

iI have never had E-grip so i can only help you to a certain extent but i hope my help solves your'e problem. If not then go to a local pro-shop or just stay on the forum until you have some crucial help that will fix your'e problem

No problem

i suggest that you visit a pro-shop and then you can get your'e gun fixed and also ask them any questions which you need answering and they can explain to you how the gun works and stuff and they will tell you how to help prevent the same problem to occurr again

sounds like you might have the battery in wrong, causing it to not fire hard enought to trip the tigger release. Or maybe your battery is dead. I don't care for the way the egrip is assembled because it is so hard to put back together after removing the battery. So you have to be extra carfull you put it back together the right way.

Had exact same problem last night.  It's the battery!  Replace it.

Same, after searching everywhere for a clue to what was going on, it was ultimately the battery.  I tried putting a used battery with some juice in it but nothing.  {!!WORD TO THE WISE!!}  Always have spare batteries on hand!
