I have a pro carbine problem. I can't get the velocity under 280 fps. I've tried it with the velocity screw all the way in and out. It won't shoot under about 290 or 300 fps. Has anyone else had this problem or have advice on how to fix it?
NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.

You can clip a loop or two off the drive spring. That will knock it down.
