    Posted: 19 October 2005 at 3:25am

Just bought a brand spanking new custom pro, shooting with a full tank of co2, every coupple of shots the gun "burps" like 4 or 5 shots with one trigger pull but this only seems to happen when I shoot fast?? And then every few shots in between the bolt does't recock all the way... tried another tank also but the problem persists! Can't be low gas coz it happens with a full tank??

I am quite annoyed as the gun has been doing it straight out of the box and since then I have put about 800 balls through it and it happens every time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have that problem as well with my custom pro.  It turned out to be a weak (stock) sear spring.  If you replace it with a stronger spring it will get rid of the "burp".

^^^ welcome to the forum and your right a new spring stronger but not too much stronger or you will have a really heavy pull. Its also the possibilitie theres too much paint on the recivers(sides) of the gun.
