it might just be me,but do anyone eles's screws that hold the handle of the 98c grip on rust?ive been running c02 in the gun for about 1 year.ive seen this same problam on others 98 customs.maybe there just cheap screws.Dont know.
Alot of people these days play speed-ball and have superspeed gun.If you are one of the few pump players left,put this as ur sig.

Rusting isn't a problem until you strip the allen heads and then aren't able to get the screw out. I suggest getting a stainless screw set. Two of my reciever bolts striped so I had to take it in to tippmann. If you already have a stripped screw either send it in or drill out the screw.

OR
The less conventional method
Take the allen wrench, super glue it to the screw and twist. You may also be able to re use the allen wrench. Just stick it in a vice and snap off the screw then shave the super glue off with a razor. Saves you time and money!

Sorry, went a little off topic there. But yes it is a problem but not if they only have a few speckles of rust.
