Welcome aboard!! unscrew the barrel and rinse it with water to remove the large debris. Then you can push cotton balls or small pieces of paper towel thru it with a wooden dowel. Soapy water works good then rinse it then dry it off really good.

Theres also something called a barrel swap that will make the job a bit easier.
