I just took my 98 custom apart and everything went great till i went to put the side back on and the trigger sear and the spring came off. I know there are supposed to be 6 pins there and i could only find 5. i bought this gun from somebody else so idk if the 6th one was there to begin with. Everything sounds fine but i was just wondering if it was functional with only the 5 pins?

I doubt it. They're all in there for a purpose.

You might be able to find a replacement at a well-stocked hardware store.

The marker will work with out the pin on the top side of the sear... However like Enos said they all have a purpose... So you should find another pin when you can.
