New summer paint

So i got tired of the other digi paint, and it was coming off pretty bad( it did go through 12 months of woods use), so i decided to repaint my gun, this time i had the idea to make it blend a bit better into woods.

Previous post with old paint HERE

So i re-sanded and primed the thing as best i could.



Then i did some test painting on a cardboard cutout to test which colors should be first, and which branches worked best ect...



This will now serve as a 'decoy' that we are gna put up in the woods and see if it attracts any suckers.. LOL

This is the 'back' of the new paint, i prefer it better than what it looks like on the other side.  After the final phase of brushing on two other more realistic green colors.

Yeah, thats why i did my first on test on my cheapest gun, i just wish painting real life stuff was as easy to edit or undo as it is, say in Forza, that and the ability to switch between paints for whatever the situation called for...

Someone should invent something like that...
