Yomillio: SCM's aren't exactly gloss. They're kind of a mix of gloss and dust. Very unique finish that would go well with dust and gloss finishes.

Ekeboo: It's a good reg! Not top of the line, but a great reg, and one of the few true gloss regs out there... Have you looked for a gloss Tickler LPR?

Local proshop claims Ion reg does not put out enough pressure to operate marker. Damn.

Oh crap...

I had forgotten that...

I was under the impression Ion regs were capable of higher ranges (0-500ish PSI). Now that I think about it, I think they are LP regs (0-300ish PSI). I'm sorry about that, I was the one that told you it would work...

You very well might. ;)

Tough to be honest, it really depends on how much it will cost to machine it.

Nice and simple, still retains stockish looks and adds a nice touch. I imagine that your getting the hammer lug adjuster hole drilled in the top tube, correct?

Actually, I think it's already drilled for a top-lug hammer. Which is good. I've got AKA internals I want to use. I'm hoping to get this thing fairly low-pressure.
