I just bought my son an Alpha Black and was thinking the exact same thing about the barrel......A lil too stubby for our liking.  I was thinking either a Trinity, or a BT M16 barrel with an Apex like Darkkrider showed in his YouTube vid.

Thanks! I just recieved my 16'' R.I.S. Barrel last week and it looks sooooo much better. I will be updating pix as soon as I get it painted. The only gripe I have with this barrel is the screws are so weak! you have to change them out to make sure the weaver rails stay on! You can pick one up Here. I like that everything on this barrel is metal though i'm not sure why the decided to make the rails compostie... oh well....

I do like Darkkriders BT Apex. I thought about gettin one for awhile... And his videos are always entertaining!
