Yeah, I gave in to the powerful pull of SP. Got a pretty good price, too. $235 for the marker and some parts. Couldn't pass it up. Though I got to say, it doesn't seem as light and tight as SP makes them out to be...

Here's a pic.

Tee hee. Well, I'll get a rundown of what all I'm getting with it.

- An old standard threading MaxFlo tank regulator
- An old reverse threading MaxFlo tank regulator
- Out of hydro fiber-wrapped 3k (don't know the size) tank
- Spare Shocker Sport body, tray and frame (old rental parts, beat up but good milling project, maybe)
- Matching All American barrel
- 2 battery packs plus 9v conversion
- Shocker to 'cocker barrel adapter

What I'm going to do is get the tank hydro'd and convert it to use CO2, with an on/off valve and an anti-siphon. These things are supposed to run GREAT off CO2.

Of course, with a full 30 oz. tank of CO2, and a loaded Revvy, it's projected to weigh 12 lbs.

Oh dear...

looks like a nice gun.

as a heads up look for an old 24 or 32oz alum co2 tank. fiber wrapped tanks are VERY dangerous to use with co2. the steel and fiberglass contract at different rates and it will pull the steel liner away from the fiberglass and severely weaken the tank.

they like LONG barrels. 16"-18" and co2. 20oz gets me about 700 shots where a 47/300 gets me about 200 shots. they suck down air, but shoot like a dream.

if you get a manafold flow dont forget to drop an oring in the ASA or you will kill the threads.

It's not like those pop up every few hours. This will just have to do.

Eh. I'll scroundge around to see what I've got. Not much, to be honest. Most of my rarer stuff gets traded off for more rare stuff.

AGH! I remembered this while I was typing: I've got a Ripper 'cocker body and a KP-3 coming. No family pics until then.
