So, this is my first new gun in over 7 years. Action Village has a sale on Autococker Trilogy Tacticals for $80, so I decided to take the plunge. Overall I think it looks good, and is about the same size as my piranha STS. I have to take it into the backyard today to see how it fires. |

Other than the plastic pieces, it looks good.
$80, huh? I may have an idea..... |

Is the trigger frame as bad as it looks? It looks tiny.

The shroud is removable, but I like the overall look of it. The trigger frame is indeed small for those with big hands, but seeing as I have palmolive girl hands, it fits just fine.
To be honest, I shot it today and I am very impressed with it. So much better than open bolt blow-backs! Edited by celica91st - 24 August 2007 at 5:25pm |

I've never really liked the triggers on most trilogies.
More like 1.5 triggers, just kind of awkward as you're not sure if to use them as a double or a single. Nice overall marker though. |

I'm already thinking about several upgrades, such as a new bolt, lighter rear block and a double trigger frame. If I do these, will I need to have the gun timed afterwards?

I actually like the shroud for like 24 hour scenario games. I have to admit I cant shoot the ol'school cockers with out choping balls.
