You're so right 98ball, you and Seawolf have been the only sane and/or educated replies in this thread.

I got the replies I expected though =) I generally use the A5OG, but occasionally post my latest marker pic here for a bit of a laugh, I find it funny the way the kids here find ways to pick apart whatever your post. And on the other hand there is a small minority of mature people who do actually use the Tippmann forum.

Now for all you speedballers, or 13 year olds, or 13 year olds who play speedball also, let me tell you the basic fundamental of 3D camoflauge...

* Camo isn't designed to hide you or make you invisible. It's designed to make you and your equipment harder to recognise to your opponents/enemies. Take a look at the pic of me in my gear....

The gun is well camoflauged. Why? because it's harder than usual to recognise the shape and colour of it.

My head is camoflauged. I have camo netting hood on. This makes my head harder to recognise. Typically your opponents are looking for the familiar shape of a human head wearing goggles.

My body is camoflauged. Digital camo (marpat) is the latest stuff, and it works. Even at the extremely close range the photo is taken at, it's  becoming tricky to pick out where the foreground ends and the background begins.

Now try to imagine all this from 50 yards away rather than 5 feet away. Harder still.

This concludes today's camoflauge lecture.

BTW- I liked the "looks like it's covered in seaweed" remark, witty... but IMHO you should look for the strong points also.

for all u speedballers who basically shouldnt be on this forum in the first place b/c u dont even apprietiate tippmans in general, u should stop complaining about woodsball looks mainly b/c u dont even want anything to do with it....so why complain, its not like u will be playing against him anytime soon.... and just b/c his gun isnt all shiny and crome dosnt mean that it looks bad.. I personally think the shinny look of the speedball guns is stupid and its ugly but that is just my opinion.

and yes i do play both speedball and woodsball and have nothing against either, i only have something against the the people who complain about the other...

after hearing what jimmy wrote it changes my mind about camo but i just dont like the looks of it on mine or ur gun,or at least on a paintball gun.maybe if u were in the military out in iraq or something.paintball is suppose to go fast,if u were good if someone saw u u shouldnt need them to stop and recognize u.u shpuld just be able to shoot them right away,unless u were a 13yr. old,like jimmy says
