I want to say that is an airsoft replica. The 'linked' hi-cap mag placed upside down in the middle pocket there is actually an airsoft hi-cap mag I think. I could be mistaken though.

Not that I'm a huge gun expert or anything, but if you ask me ... the stock A-5 does bear a lot of resemblance to an MP5K ... even more so if you use somthing like a 3" barrel.  Bad from a paintball viewpoint, but it would look closer to the gun.
