Nice buy. There are tons of things you can do with them. Have fun with it!

Since we have three Rainmaker owners in this thread, what appeals to you guys so much about these guns? This forum is the only place I have ever heard or seen of them. Wondering what makes them so interesting and for lack of a better word "neat."

Well, that's just it. They're neat! They are slow, big, heavy, loud and fairly unreliable. It's just kind of a reaction we have to them, like paintball pheremones.

Plus they are unique and have lots of potential. They are the ultimate project gun.

Give me time, Carl. I've got a lot to do right now. You honestly think that was my last Rainmaker?

i like guns like these because i get the shock factor from the other people playing. i had a kid come up and swore i stuck a shocker sticker on my impy when i pulled out my 2k2 shocker. now a days the sports all about jumping on band wagons. pm, dm, ion, shocker. i like guns that people dont want... (can get um cheap too)

normaly i pay 20-25% of original retail price for the past high end guns. some times a little more some times a little less...

As long as it's high output, HPA will be fine. They run on about ~800 PSI.

Rainmakers are funny guns. Mostly in a "laugh-at" sense, rather than a "laugh-with" sense. However, I've seen some absolutely incredible and insanely cool mods for them, and their apparent creation from a bin of spare parts makes them interesting in themselves.

Nice find.
