It was made by Chipley Machine = CCM. I don't know they web address but several different companies make similar feed necks.
You want one for a spyder with the "tabs" that have the holes in them.

For awhile there, I thought that marker looked jus like a Pro Carb without the Handgrip.

Its not bad really, kinda reminds me of a WWII Italian SMG.

Do you have pics from when you filled in the old side feed hole? How did you do it? Sheet metal, or just metal filler?

and over 10 ozs of metal removed on the outside and internally.
Without the hopper it weights just under 3 lbs. Apex barrel is a little heavier than my J&J was and the magazine is all metal so I didn't save that much weight this time.
how did you do that????

I filled in the slot on the sear so it doesn't slide bak and forth, then milled the end of the hammer and took out the buffer o-ring and then added 3 flat rubber waskers so when it recocks it only travels .020" past the end of the sear - just enough so the sear will catch. I measured the travel with a dial indicator to get the right amount of travel, so I could get the right thickness of washers. I only shortened it be approx .156" or 5/32". not that much but I figure every little bit helps.

That gun is very nice.  I love the milling job.  It's got a nice stock class look to it.

I'd get a t-stock, 15 degree asa with a Palmer and dye the hopper black.

nice gun

If you send me an email I will reply to it with a couple of pictures and a "quick" descripition of what I did. Up loading pictures and then linking them gets to be a pain. Plus it makes for a long post.

Cybedeamon;
 I'm probably done making changes, I'm out of ideas and running out of metal to cut off.

 I don't care for stocks and they get in the way sometimes, plus I can't figure a good way to mount one on the 98 like I want.

I don't have that picture anymore. I used an electrical box screw-in plug that I screwed in and then filled in with "Quick Steel". None of it was really hard just took time. If you try something like this just make sure of what you want to do, and how your going to do it first and check twice before you do anything. Mistakes can be hard to fix and expensive. And don't be afarid to ask for help if things aren't going good.
