I was lookin into buying a a-5. Ive looked around at everything for awhile and I liked how the Stealth looks and it comes with alot of good stuff. My question is it worth it?? Or would it be better to grab a stock a-5 and then start customizing it??

Like what would be more accurate between the Stealth n a A-5 with a J&J 12" or 14" barrel? Also which would be more consistent?

If you do a little searching, you will find a ton of information on here regarding the accuracy of Flatline barrels and J&J barrels.

You might have a harder time finding an answer to the consistency question so I'll offer this for your consideration:  The Stealth kit comes with a remote line; if you use CO2, the remote will act as an expansion chamber which should improve consistency.  Of course, using HPA or adding an expansion chamber to a regular A5 will have similar effects.

personally i bought the stealth package a while back and i recomend the reg A5e. then get a J&J barrel or barrel kit.  If you want the stock you can still get it too.  the flatline is nice if you want to put down some supressing  fire at a distance but it is not as accurate as othe berrels.  you may also want to look into these new hammerhead barrels.  they are supposed  to be quite nice and extremely  accurate.  i havent gotten to try one yet but will probably be buying one sometime this year (even if i have to wait until bday)

Thanks guys. Like I said I was just wondering what would be a better buy. If I get a reg A-5 I would be gettin the RT. Im not big on the e-grip myself which if you like it thats fine, just not for myself. I was just tryin to make a better buy on which would be better. If I got a reg a-5 I would get an expansion chamber for it so the remote line isnt that big a deal to me. Im kinda leaning more towards the reg a-5 and throw a stock on it, the expansion chamber, j&j barrel and some small stuff like that.
I just like hearing opinions to make sure I get a good buy.

if you are going with that you may want to look into a palmers stabilizer instead of a normal expansion chamber.  it is a reg tht works with both co2 and hpa.  they are more expensive but are a very good buy.

more then likely id just be using regular co2 so would the expansion be fine for that or would it be worth just to spend the little extra money and get a better part?

well the Stabilizer will be more effective at giving you consistent pressure which helps accuracy so i recommend that.  I used an expansion chamber on my A5 when I ran CO2 and never noticed much of a difference.
