Lol i was just kidding man...I have played with it in a speedball game before, but it does put you at a disadvantage when playign against players of the same level using higher-end electros...

Unless it was mine, you've never seen it before.  The "m4" settup has been done many, many times, but never with this precise settup as many of the defining aspects of this marker are custom.  it may look the same to the untrained eye, but is more accurate than probably 95% of the m4 milsim markers out there...

what, accuracy has nothing to do with the gun, the only variables in accuracy are the barrel, paint and spin, and unless you did "special custom mods that are invisible to the untrained eye" to your barrel and all of your paint, then you're absolutely mistaken.

otherwise, nice gun, looks clean, but oh well

on a scale of wal-mart guns to a dm6 it gets a dark timmy. (this is good)the only thing i would suggest to make it look better is a m16 carry handle.   edit-stupid me theres one in the old pics.

Personally I think Spartan119 has done a remarkable job of creating a
varient of the M4 line of weapons. As far as MilSims go, this creation is
one of the better M4's I've seen and that includes my own!

His attention to detail and choices of additions are combined to make a
unique gun that he can be proud to use. I'd imagine whenever he gets
this beast out to play, other players that have never seen it are wowed by
the realism and quite a bit intimidated by it. I don't think I'd want to be
marked with it.

This is definately not a speedball gun so comparing it to anything of that
nature is useless. This is a MilSim and a darn well done one at that.

Good job Spartan.

This makes me laugh.

Let's think about this for a second....Do you think i have never played paintball before?  What I think you meant to say is that accuracy is not dependant upon the marker but is directly affected by the barrel-to-bore match, which isn't exactly true anyways.  The marker CAN determine the accuracy experienced during play by how well-regulated the flow of air is between shots (i.e. consistency).  First shot drop anyone?  I know that the mods I have done won't effect the shooting accuracy of the marker, I a referring to the accuracy of how close it is looks-wise to a real M4 rifle (which is the whole point of milsim; realism).

Also, you referred "barrel, paint, and spin" as the only variables that "have to do" with accuracy.  However, temperature and wind can also have an adverse effect on your shot-to-shot consistency on many occasions.

Otherwise, you are right.  Oh well.

I agree.  Thanks Nauz. I know that you can see my invisible super mods since we're both into milsim.

I hate all these milsim guns. It seems as if everybody makes their gun into a milsim these days. They all are exactly the same. I don't get why people want to put  5 pounds of cosmetic crap on their guns. I'll never understand it. Just not my style. Thats the end of my mini rant. Sorry about that.

I challenge you to find a marker exactly like this.

Some people like MilSims, some don't.

Some like the Speedball guns, some don't.

The thing is, they both have their places. I don't really think that anyone
is going to force someone else to suddenly change their minds and
decide to prefer the other. it's like race or religion. I don't believe that
anyone is attempting to make someone else "like" their guns. I think it's
more a "show and tell" type of thing. If you don't like someone else's gun,
that's fine but is it really necessary to trash what someone has done? As
for "cosmetic crap" being added, there have been hundreds of stock guns
posted here as well, effectlvely saying, "look what I bought on ebay."
Yeah, like that takes a lot of creativity. Like I said, it's "show and tell."

There is no doubt that an Angel is much lighter and shoots like a banshee
and on a Speedball field will shine. In the woods though it will look out of
place and will be out if it's element. The same is true of a modded A5 on
a speedball field. Oh, sure you can do it, but why?

That's my rant.

The thing I don't like is now that places like opsgear are around it is extremely easy for people to make milsims. Which is good I guess, but it takes the enjoyment out of it for me. I remember back in the day when guys were either taking real gun parts and making them fit onto a model 98, or completely fabricating their parts from scratch. So it use to be that hours of custom work would be required to make a good milsim. Now any 14 year old newb with moms credit card can make a good milsim. I was in a bad mood last night hence the small rant. Spartan you do have a nice milsim but as to your challenge, your right I probably couldn't find one exactly like yours but I can find a few close to it. I do have to admit who ever it was that had the Punisher A-5 milsim did a great job, that gun looks great and you can tell the owner put a ton of time into it. But basically I'm pissed off at the fact that it has been so long since I have seen anything truely original. Its been so long since I've seen a gun where I have been completely blown away.

i know this gets said a lot, but you should move your mag back towards the trigger frame a little more. otherwise, great gun. the m4 is done a lot but this one is very good. a lot of people just slap on the barrel kit, stock, and mag and say they have an m4. from the looks of it you've put a lot of time and money into this. kudos to you.
