ths game type could basically last for a long time. It might have already been thot of but like when ur hit u go back to the exit, change to the other team that shot you and go back out. sort of like the team infects the other team. it lasts for like ever. or u can make like one way infection where one team infects the other team till theres no more. Sort of like halo3.

i see what u mean but if u start out 12 on 12, both teams have equal chance of shotting people, i mean if everyone plays good people could keep switchng over and over. but yeah ur right but there could be ways to get aroudn that.

As soon as I read the title I thought of Halo. It would work better if it were 12 versus one or two zombies, and the "Alpha Zombies" could be killed by headshots only.

or you could do it at some of these scenarios with over 200 players per side.  although it would not be fun to be the one guy with 399 people shooting at you.
Stay low, run fast, and hope that paintball doesn't hit your...

yea its a halo3 idea yea it would be such an awsome game type, and it would be like so much fun. A field should tottaly do that. even if there was like 200 vs 3 u could like sneak attack them and crap and the more people u kill in sneak attacks the greater the forces in the next one.   Guerilla warfare.

It's dodgeball at my home field. We play it at the end of the day as a paint-burner (nope, we can't take it home and reuse it. Sucks eh?)

No snipers in paintball..but there's ZOMBIES? lol... Okay, chill out.  I know there's not.

Anyway, I've played this a few times at an outdoor field both on a speedball type field and in a village.  It can get one-sided very quickly and I mean VERY quickly.  If two get hit on the start, that the team that shot them has basically won.  I also found that once a team began to lose more players, the remaining players became more cautious and it became a "camp-fest" where they really just stayed put.  Although this might seem like a way to 'survive' longer, when you're outnumbered by several players it's easy to get bunkered or flanked.

It's an interesting game, esepcially when the teams are dead even but if one is even slightly lopsided or has a 'side advantage' it just goes downhill for the losing team.  Winning team might find it fun though..

My field does that kind of thing. It's pretty fun, especially when I'm one of the original zombies. We usually start out with 12 humans vs 4 zombies.

What we do on my field is play virus.  If anyone here is familar with Time Splitters, they know what I'm talking about.  We've modded it a little, though.

We have a large wooded area we play in, about 4 acres, with lots of good hiding places.  We also ahve bounderies, this is a must, otherwise it will go on forever.  So, we all start off at the entrance to the woods and everyone puts their gun down except for one guy.  He then waits about 5 minutes while everyone runs.  Fog horn.  He starts to hunt them down.  Every person who surrenders or gets shot goes back and gets there gun.  They then join the virus.  However, after about thirty minutes, the people still uninfected can run back and get their guns. Epic.

We'll do a fox and hound thing.  We'll send one guy out (the fox) with all the ammo he wants then wait 5 minutes.  The rest of us (the hounds) will go and hunt the fox, but we can only have 10 rounds on us.  A game of patience to be sure.
