Egos won't fire that fast, but there are markers that will. Race'd MQ'ed cockers will if you can feed them fast enough and not starve them for air.

Dont forget about the Scuba RT Mags, only thing fast enough for them is a qloader.

I agree with Jihad. At my first tournament (TPA Paintball in Alliance Ohio rocks), my two brothers and I played in the 3 man tourny. I was using an ion with absolutely no upgrades, and my two brothers were using 98 customs with no upgrades. Every single player there had either an ion, shocker, dm6 or something of the like; yet belive it or not, we beat about 1/4 of the teams we played. Everyone had matching jerseys and harnesses filled with paint; this was our first tournament ever and we were limited to 2 cases of paint divided between the three of us to last the whole day! I don't know how we did it, but we managed to beat players with $600-1200 guns.
