Well,i might buy a defiant 2 today but first I have some questions. Are they worth $300? $400? or should I wait for the Aedes and see how that is as far as price( and performance)? Do defiants accept the same upgrades and accessories as 2k5/2k6 timmies? Could I buy a new board? Thanks!
EDIT: oh, and I forgot one thing. I've got my friend's Defiant right here, how do I turn they eyes on?

I like defiants quite a bit.  They dont really need any upgrades.  You can get the inverted pb bolt, i think it gives you 17% better efficiency( i think).  The regulator idea is really stupid.  The threads are actually backwords, so the gun is screwed into the reg.  But you can get an adapter from CP and fix that.  I thought they were nice guns.

Id wait and see price wise, since isnt the proto gun coming out?  and the Aedes, and the Inverted Mini(LOOKS AMAZING, supposely made by Bob Long, itll be the proto to dye)

i'd stay away from timmies...  in my experiance, you have to maintain them quite a bit...  and not the fun kind.
