Got this idea today  after finding a ton of  scrap plywood and 2x4's in the  field we play, at a prime spot.

stuff you need;
    -a buncha 2x4's
    -a buncha ply wood
    -a buncha screws
    -a buncha nuts'n bolts
    -a drill to drill screws AND drill holes for bolts

The idea is making walls you can place how ever you want. If you like the idea and know how to mod it to make it stronger, pleease post.

-cut some pieces of 2x4's about a couple feet long or so as the horizontal "feet" of what your making. each wall needs 1 for each end, maybe one for the middle if you want it extra strong but i might be in the way.

-cut 2, 1ish foot long pieces of 2x4 to be screwd in perpendicularly for the previous cuts. You want to place them a half inch apart (givin your using 1/2'' plywood), right in the middle. screw allo the 2x4s together as strong as you can. Make a buncha of these before the next part.

-place the feet things you just made on the ground and slide in the plywood and adjust how ever you want it. DRILL HOLES through the vertical 2x4's through the plywood and bolt them in. this  makes it easier to take apart and move.

-you should have some pretty sturdy walls you can arrange to suit your fancy.

*this is where you use your own imagination and your own take on the single level castle. but keep in mind, bolts are awsome for easy disassembly.

The amount needed is relative to the size of the intended structure.

Duh.

Fantastic idea, although do you know how much plywood goes for nowadays? Cheap stuff you're talking 12-15 bucks a sheet.

Could'nt you just hide behind a tree... You wont get shot and its a little bit easier to be "sneaky" I mean come on... If they're is a huge castle sitten out in the woods thats usually a red flag sign...

Yup, he actually said that.
