yeah good point. kinda hard not to notice these things unless they rigged the pins up on the inside of your barrel or gun.

anyhow, I think the shotgun idea is completely useless seeing as you can simply just shoot 15bps and hit people just as effectively. the shotgun concept lacks range, will probably be counted as splatter if it hits, and face it, where's half the fun in paintball without all the welts and bruises?
 

Well, I have seen something similar to a shotgun effect...on www.rap4.com, they have those new thunder grenade shells, wich of course requires the grenade launcher...they hold 25 40mm Paintballs, and are breech loaded.  If you don't believe me, check out the videos they have on there, talk about a scatter...I mean splatter gun.  The only real downfall is that they are kinda pricey.

the paintball shotgun is just a bad idea,theres no real practical way,if you want one that bad get a Franchi SPAS 12 airsoft gun, they make models that shoot multiple rounds at a time, and use airsoft paintballs

imagine getting shot close range with the shotgun idea. if the person was playing hot ud be hurting. even if they werent ud probaly be on the ground
