Hey all, I have been looking at RAP4 MKV Tippmann upgrade kits with the new bolt for air through stock. And Air in stock upgrades. The air in stock upgrades use the flex air system to a tank inside the stock. That would work for me, as I wouldn't mind the hose going to the the stock. I want rid of the tank and remote line. I also plan on either getting the qloader or, when RAP comes out with the magazine upgrade, that as well. I also plan on upgrading to the Etrigger, but right now my main focus is to shed the tank and remote line, and then the hopper.
My set up right now: Original Alpha Black ( Week after release lol) Lapco big shot with apex tip Werks sniper barrel Flatline Cyclone feed with X7 low profile hopper Custom paint Project Salvo hand guard EoTec red dot sight ( yea I know, but i had one laying around ) Surefire IR flashlight Broomstick hand guard Remote line |

Hello there, I'm actually here today with the same questions. I currently have an older model Tippmann A5 that has served me well for ten years, plus.
I'm interested in shedding the remote line and external tank for an internal tank setup. RAP4 has this system available, but I only seem to find it for the X-7 and Phenom, and furthermore it seems as though I'd have to change out the entire body of the gun. Does anyone know if I can; 1. Covert my A5 to an HPA air in-tank stock, and what modifications I'd have to make to do so. 2. If the A5 is not compatible, and the X7 Phenom is the only choice; can I run this system without changing the body of the gun tremendously, or, what modifications do I need to run this system? Thanks a bunch - kendall |
