Outlaw is fun, but nothing beats a target rich scenario games spread out over area acres hunting down opfor!

Ps cool level of cover and brush. You just need. Few pallette forts and maybe a structure like a radio tower. Are you an ambush type player?

Yeah, more targets is always fun!

I'm normally a run and gun type player, typically the first to charge the opposing teams flag. But, as I get older, I'm not in the shape I once was, so I run hard the first few games, and then typically play a few guarding the base.

I used to be a sentry type guard. And I soon realized that this wasn't a very good strategy. I now hide, and wait, ambush style for the team to feel like they have the flag... Then I go blasting on them. Which has worked well, and is much more fun than just standing around walking from tree to tree "guarding" the base.

Plus I get some decent footage that way too.

Next game is in two weeks, we shall see how I play then... As I usually mix it up each time out.

What gun camera are you using? I'm looking at the Contour or the OS ATC3K.

Mine is the ATC3K, it works well, if the subject is pretty close. The mic on almost all of the action cams are pretty lousy. I took out the waterproofing plastic seal on mine, which makes the audio way too loud, so I added a custom mic dampener.
The new HD cams are much better, but they cost a lot more. I think the ATC3K can be had on ebay for around $80. And with lithium batteries you get about 6 hours in the cold. It takes 4 gb SDHC cards, which hold 2 hours each. I have taken one direct hit to the lens with no problems. Although it is hard to clean when you get paint on the lens.

I've heard great things about both. Some of the guys I run with have done ION a couple of times.I wanted to go last year, but couldn't get anyone from my area to drive the 8 or so hours to get there.

I'm going to Westpoint for the Combat Spring Classic Game with Reb and some other dudes from the Operator Groups. You should make it, attacking up that damn Hill all weekend will do wonders for your Cardio.
