Original Poster has not been back since May of 2009. Please stop bumping old threads.
And to answer your questions, it appears to be a 6position collapsible Car Stock with a cheek pad. They are available lots of places, Check OpsGear. And with the way A-5 stock mount, they typically don't wobble much.
